1. Will you make a dress for my brand?
Eleonor Fashion Group exclusively offers original designs created by our team of experienced designers and craftsmen. We do not produce under any other brand name, nor do we offer replicas.
2. Where are you based?
Our factory is located in Debrecen, Hungary, and handles the complete production cycle of our products.
3. Can you sew a dress based on a photo or sketch?
A team of skilled designers and craftsmen creates unique garments for our clients, ensuring that the dresses we offer are not only successful in design but also technologically accurate for a perfect fit on any body shape. While we do not create dresses based on other designers' work, most of our dresses can be customized to meet your preferences, including changes in color, shape, neckline depth, sleeve length, train, or back design. We have many years of experience working with custom, modest, and tailored dresses.

Our brand's dresses receive positive reviews, and we constantly receive inquiries from brides in your area. We are committed to using only the highest quality materials available on the market. Your manager is always ready to provide additional information or address any concerns you may have before placing your first order, including providing photos or videos of actual dresses or the quality of our lace.
6. How do I choose the best range for the store / How can I avoid making mistakes in range selection?
Your manager will be happy to provide you with a list of bestsellers, which is regularly updated. We also recommend selecting models and styles based on the most popular requests from brides in your area. Each region has its own specific needs due to cultural, climatic, or religious factors. Keep these considerations in mind to choose a successful and diverse product range for your store. Ultimately, the success of the brand's collection in your boutique will depend on these factors.
7. Do you have a stock of ready-to-wear dresses, or do they need to be made to order?
Eleonor Fashion Group offers both options. We maintain a selection of ready-to-wear dresses for immediate delivery, as well as the option for custom-made dresses based on specific orders. This flexibility allows you to choose from our existing stock or request bespoke designs tailored to your customers' needs.
8. How long does it take to sew a dress?
Production period: 2-3 weeks from the moment the advance payment is received from the partner, according to the invoice. Please note that we do not work on weekends and holidays, and the same applies to the transport services and customs authorities directly involved in handling your order.
9. What is the delivery time? What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs and conditions may vary from country to country. Before shipping the goods, you will be offered different delivery options. It is best to calculate the shipping cost based on the actual weight of your product in its packaged form, as it is difficult to predict the size or weight of the box in advance. We usually use the following delivery methods:
DHL, FedEx (delivery takes about 5-7 business days).
Shipping cost: 40-50 Euros.
10. Do I have to pay customs duties in my country?
Eleonor Fashion Group does not assume any responsibility for customs fees at your destination. Please contact your local authorities or broker for more information regarding customs duties or additional VAT. Your manager will provide you with an application detailing all possible shipping options to your country, helping you find the most advantageous one for you.
11. What are the quality guarantees?
The dress undergoes multiple quality checks at every stage of production by different specialists and tailors, leaving no room for errors and ensuring the quality of the final product. First, the dress is inspected throughout the entire production process, then after it is sewn, and once more after all embellishments have been added. Finally, the dress is inspected by a different team at our main center during the final quality checks before being shipped to the bride. We use only the highest quality materials available on the market, and the craftsmanship meets the strictest European standards.
12. Do you offer any discounts?
If you provide 100% prepayment for the order, you receive a 5% discount on that order. If the order amount exceeds 5000 EURO, you receive a 7% discount on that order.
13. Can I order fewer than 5 items?
A minimum of 5 units is optimal for showcasing the brand among a range of other dresses in the store. This number allows for a variety of silhouettes and price ranges to cater to different customers. It helps us ensure that the store has a sufficient selection of our dresses, and we can confidently direct any bride who makes a request on our website or calls you, knowing that she will find her dream dress in your store. Otherwise, we reserve the right to fulfill an order directly from the bride if you do not carry a similar dress. This also serves as a primary territorial protection for you; otherwise, the company remains open to seeking partnerships in your area.
14. Can I order a dress to test the quality?
We strive to use only the highest quality materials available on the market. You can order 1 dress at the retail price.
15. What materials are used in the production?
Our wedding dresses are made from carefully selected high-quality European fabrics (natural silk, taffeta, organza, and satin), as well as lace. Eleonor wedding dresses benefit from hand craftsmanship, including artistic and decorative embroidery, lace appliqués, and SWAROVSKI crystal embellishments. We use SWAROVSKI crystals, Italian glass beads, Japanese glass beads, and other high-quality decorations.
